Located at “the Y” in beautiful Oak Hill, Austin, Tx, Scenic Brook is a neighborhood of 300+ homes built from the 1960s-1980s. Poised on the edge of Texas Hill Country, Scenic Brook boasts hills, 100 year-old oak trees, a creek and a short commute to downtown Austin. The Neighborhood Association is a volunteer association made up of neighbors looking to protect property values, promote community and maintain safety in our little piece of Austin. Mission Statement Bringing neighbors together with the common goals of improving safety, protecting property values, and offering social events which enhance the quality of life for all residents of Scenic Brook.
